As the farmers work, the tour guide will explain to you how the vegetable are cultivated and the soil is nourished. The guide will also tell you how some herb and vegetables are used as traditional Vietnamsese medicine.
You may choose to work with the chef as she/he prepare your lunch. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including “tam huu” spring roll and “banh xeo”, the local pancake from the middle region. Have lunch. After that, ride back to Hoi An.
