    9.45 am From fish market, the Boat will take the boat cruise on Thu Bon River to see beautiful landscape. Especially, you will discover how the local people catch the fish from Thanh Nam Fishing Village
    10:30 am Transfer to Cam Thanh (water coconut) Fishing village and go rowing in a basket boat with local people, watching fishermen at work using centuries old, traditional fishing methods.
    11:30 am Back to the restaurant, after a refreshing drink, our chef will introduce to you the unique Hoi An cooking style. He will demonstrate how to decorate a plate and to prepare ingredients. Then it will be your turn to chop, grate, crush, slice, roll and cook the ingredients for your own delicious meal.
