We pick you up from your hotel and then head to Hoi An’s colorful fresh food market; an experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas. Because of Hoi An’s location on the mouth of Thu Bon river, near the Eastern sea our markets are famous for a wonderful variety of fresh and salt water fish. You will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers as we purchase the fresh ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. The cooking lesson at one of Hoi An’s famous restaurants. The class will last about 2 hours. First each dish is demonstrated and discussed by the chef with the tour guide providing interpretation as needed. Then you get the opportunity to prepare the same dishes yourself. The chef will be your teacher if you need help to master any technique. After the lesson, we all sit down in the restaurant and enjoy what we have just cooked. Finally we will drop you back to your hotel.
